I'm also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with an approach rooted in Stoic principles. I help coaching clients set meaningful goals and find ways to work towards them. Many of my clients are focused on growing their personal leadership.

I've been interviewed on podcasts, spoken at international conferences, and appeared as a guest on NPR-affiliate radio. And ever since I could hold a pencil, I've also pursued creative writing - especially poetry. My book of poetic memoir is called Words That Carry Us.
I earned my undergraduate degree at Harvard College and my master's at Stanford University. I'm a member of the Stoa Nova school for a new Stoicism, and an external member of the Centre for the Study and Application of Stoicism, University of London, Royal Holloway.
